Our Story
A Christchurch-based supplier helping homeowners, builders and designers choose surfaces that are durable, safe underfoot and beautiful for decades — not just for one summer.
Our journey
My journey in the concrete and paving industry began while I was still in my teens, working after school at a concrete manufacturing factory. That early experience sparked a lasting passion for quality products and craftsmanship.
Over the years, I went on to establish and grow Urban Paving & Landscape Supplies before selling the business in 2005. I later moved into contracting and pool construction, including owning and operating Narellan Pools Canterbury.
My experience across paving, pools and outdoor living eventually led me back to product development, first through Just Pavers (now Feinwerk Pavers), and later through Tile & Stone Co, where I focused on premium imported porcelain paving and outdoor products.
Years of experience
Years of working in the paving and pool industries gave me a clear understanding of what makes a quality pool coping product.
I wanted to create a coping solution that combined modern style with the strength and durability needed to withstand New Zealand conditions. Working alongside a manufacturer in China, we developed our current porcelain pool coping — designed to deliver a premium finish while providing the durability homeowners, landscapers and pool professionals can rely on.
